Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling to new customers, the portfolio of products and services that are provided by the company.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities with new clients, focusing on generating new business.  
  • Devising marketing campaigns aimed at generating new leads and opportunities.
  • Follow up leads and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure that relevant website/Social networking content is fully updated at all times.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Organise, plan and develop sales plans according to company strategy.
  • Organization of marketing and sales promotion.


Skills include, but are not limited to:

  • Negotiation and sales skills.
  • Industry experience required preferably in a sales role is not essential but is considered as an asset.
  • Confident, able to work independently, using own initiative and highly organized.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to customers, both in Maltese and English.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Customer driven.
  • Driving license and own vehicle.
  • Knowledge of CMS would be a benefit.
